These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Social Meta Generator at social-meta.snapstatic.io ("the Service"), operated by SnapStatic. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The Social Meta Generator is a free, browser-based tool that generates Open Graph and Twitter Card meta tags with large social previews. You can type tags manually (processed entirely in your browser), or optionally fetch a page's existing tags through our server. No account or registration is required.

2. Free to Use

The Service is provided free of charge. There are no paid tiers, credits, or purchase requirements. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue features with notice posted on the Service.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the generated tags will be complete, accurate for your use case, or rendered in any particular way by social platforms (which control how shared links appear and may cache them). You are responsible for reviewing the output before deploying it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Use the "Fetch from URL" feature on servers you are not authorized to access, or to scan, probe, or attack third-party systems
• Automate requests in a way that places unreasonable load on the Service
• Attempt to probe, scan, or exploit the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law

We reserve the right to block or rate-limit access for any user who violates these rules or abuses the Service.

5. Your Responsibility for Generated Output

You are solely responsible for the meta tags you configure and for how you deploy or use the generated output. SnapStatic has no visibility into how you use the output and accepts no liability for the consequences of deploying it on your website, including how your pages appear when shared on social platforms.

6. Intellectual Property

The tags you generate belong to you. The SnapStatic name, logo, and Service design are our intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use our trademarks or branding.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapStatic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, loss of search visibility, or business interruption. Because the Service is provided free of charge, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed zero dollars (USD $0.00).

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

9. Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent.

10. Changes to These Terms
